Hydro-cylinder circumferential welding series system :

Brief Introduction :

It suits for welding hydro-cylinder with diameter Ø 50 ~ 300mm, maximum length is 3000mm. The fixture is composed by main spindle box, lathe bed, pneumatic support, pneumatic tailstock, trolley, motor-slider, protection cover, controller, MIG torch system and automatic heating system. The work piece is clamped by adiustable chuck on the head stock; then the tailstock clamps the work piece by pneumatic device; according to the requirement, it could use pneumatic support in the middle of work piece.
