RC has developed two systems which include Super Economy DEK for everyday cleaning of welds to replace pickling paste, and the UNICA System for large scale surface treatment of tanks, vessels, pipe work etc.

Super Economy DEK and UNICA are unique systems offering fast treatment of stainless steels, titanium, copper, brass and aluminium.

SUPER ECONOMY DEK & UNICA :

• PRECISION DEGREASING prior to welding to obtain a perfectly degreased surface to maximise weld quality and this is achieved instantaneously with the RC FULL SYSTEM on stainless steels and other alloys
• DE-OXIDATION & DECONTAMINATION: Instantaneous removal of points of corrosion on stainless steels including iron oxides and iron chlorides
• HIGH POWER PICKLING: After Welding in order to pickle welds on stainless steel and other alloys
• HIGH RESISTANCE PASSIVATION to INCREASE the level of resistance against corrosion of the stainless steel after has been pickled
• SURFACE MARKING to mark the Metal Surfaces
• Electro-polishing for localised electro-polishing of Stainless Steel
